Location: Fisherman's Haven, 9150 Blind Pass Rd #203, Siesta Key, Florida South West, Florida, USA (Tampa Int'l Airport, Busch Gardens - 1 hr; Disney - 2 hrs).

Accommodations: Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths (Sleeps 6) Approximatly 1700 total square feet.

Island living in this entirely newly renovated and Intimate Gulf-Front condo with Bay and dock in the back of this private gated Retreat... Fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

Throw a tennis ball from your lanai and hit the sand of the beach, that's how close to the turquoise blue water you are!!

Located on the southern end of Siesta Key on Turtle Beach. This private complex has a full time property manager and maintenance staff.

EVERY room in this condo has just been custom renovated with the highest level custom kitchen including self-closing cherry cabinets, granite counters, stainless appliances (Bosch dishwasher, Samsung Refrigerator/freezer, 25 bottle wine cooler, Thermador combo wall oven with Microwave). All rooms complete with New furniture to make you feel at home while you're in "Paradise". Both bedrooms have large walk-in closets and high end mattresses, Master has flat screen HD TV's, Blu-ray DVD players and cable, his and hers sinks with granite tops, full Gulf and Bay view. Second bedroom has Gulf and Bay views TV and DVD player and Xbox.

Once the remodel was complete, it was time to decorate. A beautifully painted wall mural depicting an open window bordered with white plantation shutters, looking out to a tropical beach scene was added over the couch in the living room. The artist, Shawn McLoughlin did a phenomenal job and the end result is breathtaking. Custom window treatments are throughout the entire place gives you the privacy level of choice. This entire "state of the art condo" is spectacular and you owe it to yourselves to experience.
